Product Display & Color Discrepancy

Order Fulfillment & Courier Responsibility
Madni Perfumers dispatches orders using reputed private courier partners servicing the customer’s pincode. Responsibility for the order shall be governed by the courier delivery records once the shipment is handed over and marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests shall be entertained only if the order has not been dispatched.
If an order is canceled or refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

DAMAGED PRODUCT & UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
Any claim related to damaged products must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, and damaged item. Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.
