Due to the nature of attars and perfumes, which are personal-use and consumable products, Madni Perfumers follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.
NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed or shipped.
- All sales are final.
REPLACEMENT POLICY (ONLY FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE)
Replacement may be considered only if the product is damaged during transit.
Mandatory Conditions:
- The customer must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
- The video must clearly show:
– Sealed package
– Shipping label
– Complete unboxing process
– Damaged product - No cuts, no gaps, no pauses, no screen changes, and no editing are allowed.
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
FINAL DECISION
Madni Perfumers reserves full rights to verify the authenticity of the unboxing video.
If the video is found to be edited, fake, incomplete, or suspicious, the replacement request will be rejected.
Replacement, if approved, is at the sole discretion of Madni Perfumers.
Refund is not available even in damage cases.
RTO / NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
If the customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the parcel:
- Forward shipping charges will be deducted
- Return shipping charges will be deducted
Both-side delivery charges shall be deducted before processing any refund.
